- 2 Tbs Olive oil
- 1 Onion (finely diced)
- 2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
- 200 g Mushrooms (diced)
- 2 Tbs Red pesto
- 400 ml Tomato passata
- 1 Tbs vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Vegetable stock cube (dissolved in 150ml hot water)
- 1 Tbs Tomato purée
- 1 tsp dried Oregano
- Salt and pepper
- 500 g Fresh spaghetti (or dry pasta if you prefer)
- Cheese (grated to serve (optional))
