West country gratin
This lighter version of a potato gratin is a meal in itself but would also work wonderfully with pork. This is designed to be a low cost recipe.

- 50 g Butter
- 1 Leeks
- 200 g Unsmoked bacon
- 50 g Plain flour
- 200 ml Innocent apple juice
- 300 ml Milk
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 Handful Fresh thyme
- 2 Tbs Olive oil
