Sweet Chilli Halloumi Wrap

A large wrap packed with crunchy rainbow-coloured vegetables and grilled Halloumi strips in sweet chilli sauce!

Method

Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over a high heat. Cook the Halloumi slices for 3-4 minutes per side until golden.

In a bowl, combine the sweet chilli sauce with the lemon juice. Add the hot Halloumi, season with black pepper and toss to coat.

To assemble, lay the tortilla wrap out on a chopping board. Layer with the leaves, carrot, pepper, radishes and red onion. Add the sweet chilli Halloumi. Roll up tightly and slice in half. Add falafel to make it extra filling!
