Stir-fried Pork with Mayonnaise and Oyster Sauce

Method

Mix the pork with the soy sauce and the sugar. Pour the oil into the wok and heat up until it starts to smoke.

Add the pork pieces and brown for a couple of minutes on each side.

Add the ginger, spring onion, and garlic. Fry on a moderate heat for another few minutes, stirring frequently.

Finally, take the wok off the heat and stir in the Hellman's until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

Serve on top of noodle and vegetables, with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
