- 150 g Pasta
- 800 g Napolina chopped tomatoes
- 1 Tbs Green pesto
- 1 Ltr Vegetable stock
- 1 Large onion
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Celery Stalks
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Fresh thyme
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 200 g Spinach
- 30 g Grated parmesan (vegetarian)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
