Pea & Duck Soup
Pea and duck soup is a really satisfying dinner, ready in 15 minutes, using simple ingredients you probably already have in the cupboard.

- 1 Tbs Vegetable oil
 - 1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
 - 1 Potato (peeled and cubed)
 - 300 g Birds Eye Peas
 - 400 ml Chicken stock (or veg stock if preferred)
 - 200 ml Semi-skimmed milk
 - 100 g thick cut Gressingham's duck breast (cooked)
 - Salt & Pepper to taste
