- 500 g Beef mince (or frozen quorn mince)
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 1 Green pepper (finely chopped)
- 2 Garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1.5 Tbs Tomato purée
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 400 g tin of Chopped tomatoes
- 400 g tine of Kidney beans
- 400 ml Beef stock (or chicken or veggie)
