- 450 g chicken breats
- 75 ml Don Julio
- 2 Limes (zest of 1 and juice of both)
- 2 Tbs Olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 2 Tbs Fresh parsley
- 1 Garlic clove (crushed)

Jalapeno lime cream sauce
- 2 Shallots (sliced)
- 0.5 jalapeno (seeds removed & diced)
- 125 ml Double cream
- 2 Tbs Unsalted butter
- 1 Lime (zested & juiced)
- 1 Red pepper (sliced thinly)
- 1 Green pepper (sliced thinly)
- 400 g Fettucine pasta
- 75 ml Chicken stock
