- 15 ml Soy sauce
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 Onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 pinch Fresh thyme
- 150 ml Yellow tail red
- 150 ml Vegetable stock
- 100 g chestnut purée
