Combine all the ingredients in a pot and bring to the boil, then simmer for 30 minds until the wings are tender.

Remove the wings and place on a lined tray and place in an oven at 180 and allow to bake for 20minutes or until the wings begin to colour.

Remove and serve with some sliced spring onions
