Beetroot and Goats Cheese Terrine Recipe

This creamy terrine, served with your favourite summer salad, makes an indulgent summertime treat for all the family.

Cling wrap a loaf tin or terrine mould of choice.

In a bowl mix the goats cheese and cream cheese together.

Layer the mould with beetroot, followed by the goats cheese, mixture then Peppadew Mild Piquanté Peppers. Repeat the steps until the top of the mould is reached.

Wrap the mould in cling wrap and refrigerate overnight to allow to set.

Remove from the mould and slice up to serve to guests with a crunchy green salad!
