Balsamic cheese dip

The ultimate dip for when you are entertaining large groups of people

Ingredients

In a medium saucepan heat wine and cream on medium heat.

When the cream cheese is melted add in the cheese of your choice and heat until fully melted and smooth.

Stir in the balsamic vinegar.

Spoon out into small bowls and serve with crackers or slices of bread
