- 125 g White cabbage
- 1 Mango
- 6 Spring onions

- 0.5 Red chilli
- 1 Tbs Rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbs Bonne Maman apricot conserve
- 2 tsp Lime juice
- 1 Tbs Fish sauce
- 2 Tbs Vegetable oil
